The Parker House is located on the North side of University Dr. (Hwy 380) 2.2 miles west of I-35 EXIT 469 and University Dr. (Hwy 380). Our address is 8550 West University Dr. Denton, Tx 76207
From Dallas (Approx. 35 miles from 635 & I-35E)
Take I-35E north to Denton. Exit # 469 (University Dr. / Hwy 380). Turn left on University Dr. and travel 2.2 miles. Haunted House is on the right.
From Gainesville
Take I-35E south to Denton. Exit # 469 (University Dr. / Hwy 380). Turn right on University Dr. and travel 2.2 miles. Haunted House is on the right.
From Ft. Worth (Approx. 35 miles from Loop 820 & I-35W)
