NMX Running Dead

What is the NMX Running Dead? It’s a 3 mile, all-terrain course with man-made obstacles scattered along the way and zombies lurking around every corner. Participants running the course wear flag football-type belts around their waist with the objective of crossing the finish line with at least one flag remaining, thus indicating their survival. Runners who cross the finish line without any flags left have been infected with the zombie-inducing virus.
NMX Running Dead Fun Run is a non-timed family friendly event on October 24. Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a parent. The first wave of runners will start at 3 p.m. and subsequent waves will continue until 5:30p.m. Runners will have until dusk to finish the course.
The Running Dead Fun Run will have hordes of zombies, cool live music, food and beverage on-site.
