FLASHLIGHT NIGHTS BEGIN SEP 28 AND RUN EACH SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH THE END OF THE SEASON. BRING YOUR OWN FLASHLIGHT OR BUY ONE AT THE MAZE ENTRANCE.
ESPECIALLY FOR SMALL CHILDREN IS THE "MINI MAZE" (WHICH IS THE GIRAFFE HEAD IN THE PHOTO). IT IS DESIGNED FOR TODDLERS TO ENJOY THE FUN OF COLLECTING ALL FIVE CHALK COLORS ON THEIR FINGERS AND THEN PERFORM THE SILLY ACT TO DO ON THE CHART THAT MATCHES THEIR COLOR PATTERN.
New Exhibit: We now have foxes in their new home- the Fox Exhibit. Both are females- named Pica and Tianay. Be sure to check it out on your next visit to IHR
Have a special occasion coming up, perhaps a little one's birthday party? What bigger thrill is there, then to have a pony ride available for all their little friends at the party! We now have our own pony ride ring and can handle groups of any size.
How about having the party at the Ranch What a great time that would be- all the animals, and pony rides at the same time!

As a matter of fact- Enter our 2014 photo contest! Best photos will be displayed and author will get a free family pass to the Ranch. Just e-mail your favorite photo to brian@idle-hourranch.com. Only two photos per author please. Of course all photo entries become the property of IHR and can be used in any advertising.

Idle-Hour Ranch specializes in providing animal exhibits and educational programs for offsite events such as church functions/Nativity or Easter programs, corporate or private parties, anniversaries, birthday parties, parades, school functions/field trips, etc.
The animals here at IHR are well trained, experienced, and love to socialize with people, especially young children. * admission to IHR stops at 6pm, there is no real closing time, so feel free to take as much time as you like to visit, we have nowhere to go, so don't feel rushed to leave if you arrive near 6pm.
