About Us

Guse Christmas Trees is a family owned and operated business. In 1965 Howard Guse, founder, planted 2 acres of Scotch pine one by one with a shovel. The family business then sold their first tree in 1976. During the first few years the business was operated out of a 2 car garage, and since then it has grown to occupy a 48'x68' building which is quickly becoming to small.
We currently have over 120 acres of Christmas Trees with 12 varieties of trees including Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir, Scotch Pine, White Pine, and Blue Spruce. Guse Christmas Trees started a 6 acre Corn Maze in 2002 and has had great success with the new addition.
As mentioned before Guse Christmas Trees is both family owned and operated. Cliff Guse, Howards oldest son, owns and runs the business. During Christmas Tree season as well as Corn Maze season the whole Guse family comes together to make the magic happen along with several wonderful friends. Here is the family above.

What we offer:
New in 2013….2 new games in the play area! Come and enjoy all we offer for a day full of country fun and entertainment. There is fun for all ages at Guses. Groups big or small are always welcome. We strive to offer a wide variety of activities for kids and adults. You can count on there being something new each and every year. Our pumpkins in the field range from small gourds to 100lb monsters!!! So bring your muscles! We will have pre-picked pumpkins available as well.
Did somebody say FOOD?:
We offer a well stocked snack shop for those inevitable hunger pains. For those of you interested in a picnic lunch we have plenty of picnic tables set in a relaxing wooded area. Feel free to set up shop for the whole day! Bon fires can be made available for those interested in having a nice cook out with family, friends or even large group events. Hot dogs and marshmallows can be purchased at the snack shop or you can always bring your own. We can supply cooking sticks if needed.
