For 2011, Deere Farms will again be featuring a performers stage with performances scheduled each hour on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 noon to 6:00PM.
Performing groups include tumbling, cheer, gymnastics, bands, choirs, theatrical skits, martial arts exhibits and more.
Scheduling is underway now. Contact Jim Baumgart at jim@deerefarms.com or (502) 807-5601, if your group would like to perform for 15 to 45 minutes for our customers this fall.
If you are tired of the same old boring Corn Maze, where you wander around for 15 minutes and then try to find any place to exit the maze quickly, Deere Farms' professionally designed Corn Maze is your solution. Our visitors have a blast following the maze map to locate all twelve checkpoints and entering their completed card for our annual prize giveaway. Compete with your friends, split your family or group up between the boys and the girls, and see who can claim the title of "Best Maze Navigator". Don't forget - " It's-A-Mazing".
Take an antique tractor hay ride to our pumpkin patch and spend time wandering acres of pumpkins just waiting for the right person to pick them. We grow them in all shapes and sizes to be the perfect compliment to your fall decorations. If you're not the wandering type, we've already picked some of the finest jack-o-lantern wannabees from our fields, washed and readied them for you to take home. - September and October
